• Bet Confirmation: A bet is not accepted until k333's system confirms it and a bet reference number is issued. Screen-captured odds mean nothing without a confirmed reference. k333 is not responsible for bets that were not successfully placed due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Palpable Errors: k333 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds — for example, a pricing error where 1/1 was inadvertently offered instead of 1/10. Players who knowingly exploit palpable errors will have winnings voided and accounts reviewed.

• Accumulator Bets: If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the accumulator is recalculated excluding that leg. If two or more legs are affected by the same palpable error, the entire accumulator may be voided.
• Maximum Payout: The maximum payout per single bet is Rs 5,000,000. The maximum payout per accumulator is Rs 10,000,000. Winnings exceeding these limits will be paid at the stated maximum; the excess is not payable.

All casino games, live casino tables, fishing games and crash games (including Aviator) on k333 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live streaming with physical dealing processes. Game results are final once confirmed by the system. Disputes regarding individual game results must be raised within 24 hours of the result being posted.

• Technical malfunctions void all game rounds in which they occur. Any stake placed in a malfunctioning round will be returned to the player's balance.
